Orders
How do I know my order went through?
You will receive an email confirmation immediately after checkout with your order number and a summary of items purchased. If you do not see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of being placed, as long as the item has not already shipped. Email orders@halloweenyardhauntandpropsforsale.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. Haunted attractions, event planners, and retailers can request custom bulk pricing by emailing wholesale@halloweenyardhauntandpropsforsale.com with the items and quantities needed.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. Large animatronics may take slightly longer due to size and packaging.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders over $99. Orders below that threshold have a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout based on weight and size.
Can I track my package?
Yes. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress to your door.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus original shipping costs.
My prop arrived damaged, what do I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days back to your original payment method.
Products
Are your props weather resistant?
Most of our outdoor props are built with weather resistant materials for light rain and wind. We recommend bringing animatronics indoors during heavy storms to protect the electronics.
Do animatronics require batteries or a power outlet?
Each product page lists power requirements. Most animatronics plug into a standard outdoor outlet, while a few smaller props run on batteries. Check the specifications tab on the product page before buying.
How tall are your skeleton and tombstone props?
Sizes vary by product and are listed in the dimensions section of each listing, ranging from small 2ft accent pieces to giant 12ft skeletons.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Checkout is processed through a 256-bit SSL encrypted connection and we never store your full card details on our servers.
Do you offer payment plans for larger orders?
Yes, buy now pay later options such as Klarna or Afterpay are available at checkout on eligible orders.
