Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday.

Standard delivery takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your location within the continental US.

Shipping Cost
Free shipping on all orders over $99. Orders under $99 have a flat rate calculated at checkout.

Order Processing

All orders placed before 2pm EST on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During peak Halloween season, from late September through October, processing times may extend to 2 to 3 business days due to higher order volume. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed and a separate email with tracking information once it ships.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using a combination of UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on the size and weight of your order. Large animatronics and multi-piece tombstone sets are typically shipped via freight or a large parcel carrier and may require a signature upon delivery.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to all 50 US states. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and remote areas may take longer than our standard estimate. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Large & Oversized Items

Oversized props such as 5ft and larger skeletons, animatronic figures, and multi-piece graveyard sets ship in reinforced packaging and may arrive in more than one box. Please inspect all boxes upon delivery and keep original packaging until the item is fully assembled and tested.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier office first, then contact us within 5 days so we can open a claim. If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, reach out and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Address Accuracy

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer, but we are happy to help redirect a package with the carrier when possible before it ships.
